About Kwatna Flooring
Hank Hopkins is the owner, operator, and lead floor layer at Kwatna Flooring. Born and raised in Bella Coola, BC, Hank moved to Victoria at 18 and landed his first job in the hardwood flooring industry, a job that turned into a nearly 20-year career. After a few years away driving truck and starting a family, Hank came back to what he knows best. In January 2024, he took the leap and started Kwatna Flooring, named after the inlet near Bella Coola where his ancestors are from.
Today, Hank and his wife Sarah are building something they're proud of, one floor and one happy homeowner at a time.
